The difference is, this time she is so much more powerful with her influence, and have legions of (mainly [white]) women fans, both older gens and Gen Zs, who totally looked up to her that could make huge turn for the election. 

BUT, with this huge platform she is standing on, she also have so much more to lose, in case part of her fanbase are conservative. Especially since she is not very political so far.

I'd be surprised if she doesn't. She spoke up in 2020, encouraged voting in 2022, encouraged voter reg in 2023 ahead of the primaries. So it'd be out of the norm for her to not comment something this year.
