But if I was Biden, I would commit an intentional crime openly, and then use the Supreme Court ruling that they cant investigate a president. Actually, he waited until the Supreme Court made a series of particularly egregious decisions, just a couple weeks ago (not to mention the corruption of Thomas and Alito being exposed). Yes, you could argue that he should've done it after Dobbs. But... he's an institutionalist. It takes a lot to drag him towards radical restructuring. Even now, I doubt that he supports expanding the court -- although that could be done with a simple act of Congress, which term limits can't be.
