Exactly, a lot of the issue for me is that they're using the exact same messaging as they did in 2020. For undecided people on the ground who aren't tuned into the minutia of politics, their day-to-day lives have been just as "chaotic" throughout the Biden administration as they were throughout the Trump administration. I think that the Biden campaign needs to be way more clear and concise on what their policies will be this time around, and they need to spell out exactly what effect those policies will have for people who don't follow politics. They also need to spell out the specific policies of a potential Trump administration and what concrete effects those will have. (Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure the Biden campaign website didn't even have a section of their webpage laying out their policy positions for a good while... a whole mess lol) I think the biggest issue is that it seems as though they're currently just preaching to the already-established mainstream Democratic base who are already convinced that a Trump administration would be dangerous, and they're being condescending towards undecided voters who aren't convinced of that danger, as if it's self-evident to everybody. As of right now, most of what I see the administration and pundits doing is moralizing Trump as an individual, which is functionally useless to those who are desensitized to MAGA craziness.
