The Pussycat Dolls were a burlesque troupe that originated at Johnny Depp's The Viper Room in LA in the early 90's, and became iconic in the LA club/nightlife scene. Then years later in the early 2000's, their founder and Jimmy Iovine (Interscope) decided to turn the brand into a girl group with all new members and they also had the first ever 360 deal in the music industry.

The whole thing got cancelled cause Robin Antin was so greedy she took 50% of the group’s earnings, wasn’t it? 

It’s so shady, honestly nobody could step it up after the dolls, they should do their own group as “Nicole and the Dolls” and try to milk what they can from the 2000s nostalgia, and get some more coin

PCD as a project is not meant to be. The other members are obviously to insecure to just play Nicole's backup dancers/singers. The audience doesn't really care about the other girls though.

I'm really surprised she never tried to just hire a couple of replacements to stand behind her and do shows as Pussycat Dolls. She does not respect any of those other girls and does not think she needs them.

Robin hired new girls (Kherington Payne, Vanessa Curry, Rino Nakasone-Razalan and James Lee Ruiz) after Melody, Kim, Jessica and Ashley left. Nicole performed with them at private show in 2010

people cared about other girls, Robin didn't like it because she hoped to be able to replace them whenever she wanted to.

OG PCD members got too many unfinished business, so unless they address those privately and make peace with each other, and resolve the issues, I really don't see the actual reunion is happening.

It is breezy for Nicole either way since she always have been the one who people sees when asked about PCD. Which is part of the problem in itself.
