Her first singles are always up beat so maybe she could perform a new song at the closing ceremony and then align other announcement around that time. Now me ranking the possible scenarios: 1. Nothing is going to happen 2. She will perform with Celine Dion 3. Career celebrating performance + new single kinda like superbowl 2.0 4. 2 and 3 announced and then being cancelled due to political and security pressures. 5.
