I couldn't agree more. Think of all the garbage that Trump has been involved in over the years and it seems to have no impact. Why should it be any different for Biden ?

And again, to anyone who has an interest in this subject, if you haven't yet seen Biden's speech in Raleigh yesterday, I would urge you to take 15 mins of your time and watch it. That guy isn't going anywhere, nor should he imo. The debate is already history.

There is no proof of anything, but the whole Democratic party is panicking and admitting they could easily lose with Biden.

Im not saying they should get a younger Democrat that young voters love, but get someone like Biden that can beat Trump. Gavin Newsome is a good example of that.

You know, for all the people complaining that these are our two options (myself included), we also have to look inward and recognize that this is largely a problem we caused ourselves. The reason why these two are the nominees is because people vote for them, and while I understand issues like gerrymandering and voter suppression exist, at the end of the day, we still let them win their respective elections. This goes to show that voting is important across the board. We can't just vote during the presidential elections. Vote in the primaries. Vote for your local officials. Vote for your senators and representatives. If we want to do better, we must be active and vote in elections other than the presidency. 

I'm not an RFK Jr fan but the thing I hope to see realistically in my lifetime is more than just two major political parties controlling everything in the U.S.

Actually they do polling in the swings states and that how they find out if Biden has even a path to win. There’s an article explaining it, here it is:

if the party tells Biden that there’s no path to winning he might just step down and they can play a wild card. At this point is almost a guarantee that Trump will beat Biden

It is too late by now. It's almost July.

However, as I wrote in the other topic, I think Biden's debate wasn't that disastrous. It was lame but that's not the same as horrifiying.

Like he could have said that Napoleon is France'a president, that Belgium is Belize, that Brussels is a cow, that James Cameroon is leading the UK, etc. but he didn't do a major faux pas during the debate. 

I think Trump will win because Biden's demenzia will be progressing and time is on Trump's side.

It seems many stakeholders invested millions into Biden and now they want sth in return and that's why the Democrats won't replace Biden because then the investments would be gone.

Hypothetically speaking, if Biden is replaced, here's how it needs to be done:

Biden himself should address the nation. He should not only drop out of the race as a candidate but step down gracefully from the office of the presidency.

Kamala Harris, as the only other Democrat voted in on a national ticket, should take his place as president and as presumptive nominee.

Idk why y'all skip over her and jump straight to other old white men like Sanders or Newsom when a woman of color is RIGHT THERE. And women of color are basically the backbone of the Democratic party.

Not to mention, imagine someone with an extensive history in public service both in congress and in law enforcement being set against a former president who was twice impeached, four times indicted, and convicted on 34 felony counts and could very well be going to jail here in the next couple weeks.

The debates and talking points write themselves.

Tl;dr - If Biden's out, he needs to step down, not be removed. And Kamala's the only other good option.
