Honestly, I wouldn’t mind a good mix of both. I think it would bode well for the singles to be around 3:00 - 3:30 stream-wise. I definitely need some 4-5 minute god-tier tracks though as some deeper album cuts.

Something like Born This Way would be good for me, a healthy mix of nothing under 3:45 up to 5:30 (I wouldn't mind a killer 6/7 min track tho ). 

I love Chromatica and how fun and easy to listen to it is, but I'm craving for a longer project especially after the longest musical drought we've had (in studio albums, at least).

Out of all the comments here, this matches closest to what I'm hoping for after a 4+ YEAR wait! I'd love 15 standard tracks, with only one falling below 3:30, and one 7-8min experimental awesomeness.

Deluxe with 4-5 extra songs (not remixes or work tapes, different songs OR an extended version or two)

No interludes, intros or outros please. Just songs 

EDIT: if the good sis is going to take this long between albums going forward, each release should be HIGH QUALITY + HIGH QUANTITY

I've gotten to the point that any song that isn't at least 3 minutes in length is not worth listening to and Gaga's not an exception. Looking at you, literally half of Chromatica 

As an artist, you cannot be scared to let people sit with one piece of work for longer than it takes to microwave some pizza rolls

Definitely. This was one of the things didn’t like about Chromatically because the short tracks song  structures did not feel like a true Gaga song I think. Alice did, even though it was a short song, but it felt like something missing.

I just love the arrangements of older pop music that is 7 minutes+ that not just her singing but also including all the instrumental solo, repetitive beats and hooks that would stuck in my head all day with a touch of experimentation and different intro/outro (similar to what she did with the rolling stones which is a perfect length) or she could have just gone full taylor swift and do a full on narrative storytelling ten minutes song (imagine a 10 minutes version of Marry The Night ) It’s just my personal preference to listen a song like a full whole journey from the beginning to the end.
