It’s sad in a way because Katy should be able to do better. 

Unfortunately it is very on brand for Katy to release visuals that feel at least 4 years out of date alongside a lyrically shallow pop song that’s a feeble attempt at women empowerment, produced by someone who couldn’t be a worse choice PR wise.

The only positive thing is she is hot but she chose to waste it on futuristic alien theme that she had done before and many other have done before in the last few years. That's certainly a choice.

The snippet is giving empty female empowerment of Witness and Smile, and worse since it's about being a mom so the targeted audience will be very small. That's certainly another choice.
