Addison actually has an ear for music and worked on her craft. Outside of Nothing On (which she only released cause of Fan-demand) she spent years in the Studio to work on Songwriting and figuring out her sound. She also is friends and loves a lot of niche Producers + Artists. Thats why Charli xcx gave her the sign of approval and became sorta like her mentor. Addison also loooves Pop Culture and to reference it. Pretty privilege. Jojo’s persona/antics don’t really help her out when it comes to her “mature” era. Everything that she's doing for her “mature” era seems like things that a 12-year-old would think are “mature/adult” like getting drunk at Disneyland, her “edgy” look, and the way she's being overly sexual. It just seems like her Nickelodeon persona sprinkled with PR mistakes. In contrast, Addison seems to take her career more seriously and she also seems a lot more passionate when it comes to music.
