Katy Perry and Kim K attend Ellen DeGeneres' comedy show

Katy Perry and her fiance Orlando Bloom joined fellow A-list stars at Ellen DeGeneres' comedy show at Largo in Los Angeles on Wednesday night.

Ellen's stand-up gig proved to be a star-studded affair with Khloe Kardashian, Kim Kardashian and their mother Kris Jenner as in attendance. The comedian was set to unload a new stand-up set two years after claims that she allowed a 'toxic' workplace to fester on the set of The Ellen DeGeneres Show scuttled her prime spot on daytime television.

However, Kris' vehicle appeared to have been parked near the backstage door in a fire lane, and a traffic officer was seen giving her a ticket while she was inside watching the show.

Kris' daughter Kim Kardashian had also apparently come to the show and arrived separately, but she also appeared to park in a fire zone, and her luxury sedan had a ticket of its own.

I believe Ellen to be a kind and generous person, not to mention hilarious. I hope she does have a comeback doing standup.  To me that’s where she truly shines.  Her HBO special l, post coming out, is still one of the best ever.

I never understand why so many persons here always defend her as if she was unfairly treated... Sometimes mentioning her queerness as if she was just discriminated.

Here you would normally see any talk show host blamed right away for any racist/ harassment incident that happened on their show teams but hers that got several of these...

I think Queer people in general want to believe that any attack on another Queer is an attack on themselves. I, for one was wanting to give Ellen the benefit of the doubt when all these nasty allegations came out, because I didn’t wanna see a prominent queer celebrity being taken down, but DAMN was she such a mean person… there’s no excuses for being a bully to others. It’s sad to see cause I didn't want to believe Ellen was a mean-spirited individual, but alas queer folk and straight folk are all capable of being nasty humans.
