One thing I’ve noticed from all the Gaga shows I’ve been to (pop shows), the crowds are always hyped up and I think it has some to do with her constantly reminding us to party! Sometimes when people have just started to stand or sit, it makes the others around them start to do the same and that just won’t fly at her shows.

I think it's just her go to phrase. I'm sure a lot of performers say certain things almost instinctively when they're on stage. That's just become her line.
