Gaga Returns = Batman Returns?

Probably a vague reach, but I know there's a film called Batman Returns from 1992. It's also the film with the opening monologue going like "They think I am hiding in the shadows. But I am the shadows"

Like I said, prob a reach but any other thoughts on this would be sick.

That's what I thought too, LG7 may be inspired by Batman's lore, that's what the hints indicates so far.

 

But just to clarify as a Batman expert (altough I didn't saw all the movies) this quote "They think I am hiding in the shadows. But I am the shadows" is from "The Batman" (2022) (Ga is actually rumoured to be casted in it's sequel because she appeared when you type "The Batman Part. II" in google.) "Batman Returns" is from 1992

There's actually a potentially strong connection to the first Tim Burton Batman movie too. Prince did the soundtrack. There were rumors of Prince having a heavy influence on LG7. and the Joker has a sort of catchphrase, "Ever dance with the devil in the pale moonlight?"

That makes sense, didn't she use bats emojis on her Insta posts teasing the album? I think we're about to get the dark era we've been waiting for for so long  But dark with an old creepy vibe to it

I mean, from the movie standpoint its the second film. It's about his reemergence into Gotham's spotlight to face new baddies. Idk if that has any connection.
