Ok thank you! I genuinely thought my hearing was going or something because I've never been able to hear the "of the moon" or the "of the night" stuff that people were constantly talking about. She's clearly say "dance in the shadow," but I think the rest after that is just instrumentals. I don't hear her saying "of the moon" or "of the night" at all

I personally suspect it's part of the intro of the song, featuring loads of distorted vocals before dropping into the first verse.

But I can see it going both ways, sounds good either way.

I think this aswell. I don't think the song will follow that beat at all. I'm hoping for some 'The Fame Monster' style synths raw vocals and slayage.

she def says 'of the' and then the vocals are just the same vocal 'ahh' that is playing from the beginning

so really she could say of the (anything) but the vocals that are fading in sound like it's cut from the word moon which seems the most likely to me
