Depends on the label. Interscope doesn't really invest in new certs unless it is to be used for PR purposes (lots of Gaga material have been criminally undercertified for years). This may only be for the TCB film, but if we end up seeing some mass updates along with this then I think the new album will be around the corner

No. They certified ARTPOP after the RIAA said all of Gaga’s albums were at least platinum in like 2017/18 and fans pointed out that ARTPOP still hadn’t been certified.

We have to wait and see if this is even accurate because RIAA’s website has not updated any of Gaga’s certifications since last year.
