Interscope doesn't really invest in new certs unless it is to be used for PR purposes (lots of Gaga material have been criminally undercertified for years). No. They certified ARTPOP after the RIAA said all of Gaga’s albums were at least platinum in like 2017/18 and fans pointed out that ARTPOP still hadn’t been certified.
