On a serious note: it can't be only a matter of number of songs (without considering for example the lenght...). It's like a book: for me writing 500 pages would be too much (I don't have THAT much to say), but if you're Tolkien, c'mon, those are the back cover.

No. I disagree. 16 is a great number for an album (but no deluxe version please) that is the maximum album can have (IMO) 
When you have 16 tracks anyone canf ind something for themselves. I don't like 2 songs, but i can listen to whole album, and i think it's better than WWAFA,WDWG?

Maybe this is why I don't get into most artists? I find their albums to be repetitive and only end up liking 4 out of 16 songs. But my favs are all artists that I find put out no-skips albums. Gaga's albums are all long and I will l listen to ever single song. Melanie Martinez's albums have 16 songs, 13 songs and 16 songs and again, no skips for me. I'm having an epiphany right now about my music listening style lol

I don't agree with her. If the music is good, it is good whether there are 5 or 20 songs.
