She is making fun of the fact that people are so ****ing hungry for something new that before the album gets to breath its last second people will already be craving something new rather than just enjoying what they just listened to. it’s kind of a cheeky flex and commentary at people not appreciating what is right directly in front of them Artist from NYC. There’s this fan theory that she’s been cooking a double album inspired by the game ilomilo (which she have a song about in her debut), basically the game has 2 characters, blue and red, and since she teased a very red era before the album rollout, there are speculations there’s gonna be a pt.2. and now with the “BUT WHEN CAN I HEAR THE NEXT ONE?” at the end of BLUE, im pretty sure the theories about pt.2 are correct. Her vocals shine on this in a new way, which I’m loving. She feels lighter too. The true star of this album is Finneas. The production is insane. She brings the best out of him, because tbqh, his solo work and work for other artists isn’t really my fave, but I’m obsessed with his music with Billie and have been since the beginning. The little Eyelashes really came for Monsters' "the truth is in her red lipstick" and it might actually be true?? Gonna make myself a late breakfast and finally give this album a listen.
