I geniuely wonder how HL products are perceived by the makeup and fashion industry?

This is actually really common among many makeup brands. They have to keep up with the upcoming makeup trends. For example, Makeup By Mario and Saie just released liquid bronzers on the same day, and Caliray has one coming next week.

Same response as the other comment lol. Last year was the year of concealer, and several brands released new ones.

i get that but im feeling some white label vibes like when kylie jenners makeup turned out to just be rebranded colourpop products

most ppl dont know that Milk actually has different branches besides makeup like studio and incubator divisions so I wouldnt doubt them having a hand in multiple campaigns for other companies

not a big issue to me personally tbh

i also do a lot of company research for my job so just picking up on a few vibes :lolly:

lol I seriously doubt Haus Labs uses already manufactured products. :air: Their formulas are pretty unique, the foundation alone features 20+ skincare ingredients so I can’t imagine that sitting in a warehouse somewhere and Haus Labs just slapped their name on it.

The quality alone is leagues better than Colourpop or Kylie Cosmetics, so I wouldn’t worry about that.

Is it possible some of their employees previously worked for Milk or other brands? Of course, especially since Haus Labs is a newer brand. But like I said, brands release similar products all the time, it’s incredibly common, so I wouldn’t look too much into it tbh.
