This is ridiculous, and if I knew of a parent doing this in my job I'd be going via the safeguarding channels. It's one thing to have a child with you, with appropriate ear defenders etc, in the seating blocks but this is just so so dangerous. That photo of the lil tyke just lying there on the ground horrifies me. All it takes is 1 clumsy drunk pushing through the crowd to slip or not look and suddenly its a trip to emergency care.
