I don’t know much about Spotify number but it seems the Canada one is GIANT  being played 1.5 million times in one day in a country with 40m population?!

I heard that Canadians are more partial to artists making "white music", Beyonce has been less popular there than she's been in the USA, Europe and Australia, how does this happen don't you have a big Asian population and black population as well? is it due to the colder climate
