The interludes, some interactions, the pause before the encore etc. pretty sure she said 2hrs and 30 considering all the warmup before the show since (correct me if I'm wrong) all Chromatica Ball shows lasted 2 hours max

I think it’s the way it’s cropped. The person who edited the background out simply cut away a little too much of her chin just below the lip. Maybe there was a little shade so the dark area got removed in the process.
