If I remember from predictions, fortnight (which does have radio) had almost double the points over the #2 prediction. 
 

This album has a better hold on streaming after its first week than Midnights did, so if she already did top 10 with that album before, this one was a sure bet too.

People are buying the album and streaming the songs. They're playing by Billboard's own rules. And to be honest I think this is better than radio. Indie artists have a better chance to get a viral song out there rather than radio deciding what songs or artists they play.
