Very unlikely. James Gunn has said that Joker is not a part of his DC. The Batman Joker is Barry Keoghan. It would not make sense for Gaga's Harley to be in the movie.

I want to see her play an original character. She has not ever done that in a movie before (as a leading role)

Yes I was about to say this.

Gaga was rumoured for Bullet Train but ultimately accepted HOG role, or, the scheduling conflicted between something. Possibly CBT.

Interesting that it's showing on that page though, as she was only speculated to have a role. Perhaps she's being considered for Batman?

I think they mean Ally is an iteration of a character that has existed in all versions of the film.
