Well as a dua and a taylor fan I love their current styles. They dont have to sound different every era.

To be fair, Taylor's strength is the fanbase and the way people have related to her love / heartbreak songs. The biggest music changes she has done is the pop sound with 1989, Reputation and Folklore but other than that, no one is expecting her to switch it up every now and then.

As for Dua well, with all the respect her debut album sounded pretty standard pop girl back then and Future Nostalgia was a huge surprise no one expected her to make such a great album. After this she kept teasing a "sound departure", "shocking hairstyle" and just the way she described these changes seemed like she was really going to do something very different. Given how well received Futurre Nostalgia was, there's no way she wouldn't set some expectations and it seems like her team kept feeding to this with "changing pop music" comments or something like that.

taylor is literally getting dragged for that + dua is marketing this album as different so it's making her sound stupid

I think sonically there's been changes (subtle but it's there). I do think she needs to stop relying on song writing camps, because her lyrics are starting to feel sort of one-dimensional.

Another pop artist who sort of dealed with similar situation was Carly Rae Jepsen with EMOTION. Critics said she had little to no personality, but then she got bit weirder lyrically and sonically with Dedicated and The Loneliest Time.

I thought people knew a little more about music? Ofc it sounds like Dua because they are pop/dance songs, like her previous album.

Aside from that, the songs have nothing to do with the production on Future Nostalgia, and that is extremely obvious. Maybe Illusion has similarities with Hallucinate, but that's really it. How does Training season sound like Houdini or Dance the night or Levitating? They don't. 

People just chose to hate on people for no reason, and Dua is the only Pop girl that is serving right now, so people should not come for her like that 

The gays should stop pretending they prefer a country album or taylors album over Dua's dance songs

Where did that come from? Taylor's new album are panned af by the non delulu fans, music critics, and regular music listeners alike. And one of the reason is because it sounded  uninspired and the same. So that statement about her being allowed to do the same sounds over and over clearly isn't true. She is now reaching the boiling points for many people.
