I’m all ears, but what exactly stops these people from quitting immediately when they get a whiff of a toxic client/ work environment? Especially this guy who seems to have connections. The professional thing to do is kindly refuse a project when you see a red flag, not let it continue so long that it affects your mental health.

Emilio Garcia has filed a law suit. Anybody can do that. I could file a suit against you but it doesn't mean my case is legitimate. In actual fact a courthouse would throw it out and complain that I wasted their time.

Garcia has made claims. It's now up to the prosecutors, defence, judge or jury, to determine wether or not the evidence he provides is factual.

We, as the public, really have no business declaring anybody guilty or innocent until proven otherwise by a court of law.

Saying: "We should take everything from Megan," before we know the facts not claims, is dangerous and haphazard.
