"the entire music industry + mainstream media"? do you know what "entire" means? she's won AOTY 4 times (more than any act in history), and had the highest-grossing concert tour in HISTORY. there is definitely NOT a collusion against her... she had some drama with kim k and kanye, like all celebrities have dramas at some point or another, and that's pretty much where the drama starts and ends... and it's also not an either or situation. someone doing worse 'crimes' doesn't somehow make hers ok?

It's her fault she's winning the Grammy's is it? Should she not accept the award because they didn't give it to Beyonce? (Bey deserved the win this year and for lemonade I agree, but she has still got the most Grammy's of any artist in history) 

She released 4 coloured versions of her vinyl each with a song on, less versions/colours than other artists have for their albums, again don't think this warrants her being hated imo but we will agree to disagree.

and yes, it's 100% her fault she submits her work with the goal of winning, accepts the win, and makes a whole speech about how amazing it is to have won an award that is literally rigged to be won by her (or people who look like her)... she makes the choice to participate. 

she also sells poor quality merch (t-shirt, cardigans) at extortionate prices that fans eat up. my friends are swifties, they all complained about how poor quality her merch is. and of course none of it is sustainable. you can choose to disagree with facts, sadly it doesn't erase them from being facts.  and again, "other artists do it" is like the laziest defense in history. "it's fine if i murdered someone, all my neighbours murdered someone too" just doesn't make any sense, sir.

the fact you're comparing Gaga's grammy wins to taylors is literally evidence of your ignorance on the topic fr.  Gaga has never won an AOTY or SOTY or ROTY grammy award, all her grammys were in specialist categories (pop, dance, traditional pop (basically jazz), etc.). it's not even a comparison.

Gaga also writes love songs and break up songs by that logic so taylor writing about exes is also not that big of a deal then.
