unless there’s other context aside from it sounding like “pink” when you say it and the name having a punctuation mark in it just like her stage name, he should win imo lol

It's probably because of it's similarity to "pink". 

I can imagine, in so far as copyright goes, she has her stage name trademarked and this potentially crosses aspects of what's protected. Seems very similar to the Kylie vs Kylie Jenner fight over Kylie.
