Haha, well it mentions the comment that Ozzy Osbourne made, so I guess you can narrow it down to bewteen two dates: late March (I don't know the exact date Ozzy's interview was published)...and 15th April. Article also says it was a Saturday that Andrew gave this interview, so that would limit it to either 13th or 6th of this month

Id say theres a difference between an insider and a lead producer saying theyve finished/are finishing an album theyre working on
