Which matches with what Andrew Watt said in RS interview. He said he wrapped Pearl Jam album Spring 2023. He started following Gaga, Bobby and Burns in June 2023.

He finished Rolling Stones album while he started working simultaneously with Gaga in summer…. They said she was working with him when they did sweet sounds

ozzs said a few weeks ago that he is about to record a new album with andrew but andrew is still busy working with Gaga so ozzy and watt is starting after Gaga is finished

 

also i read or saw somewhere that the past two ozzy albums where done in a pretty short time (i think 3 weeks). it seems like ozzy did the majority of songwriting alone and andrew just recorded and produced it. 

 

so its possible he is already working with ozzy at the moment. someone should ask him on insta

I honestly feels like she wraps everything up.

Gaga will be in NYC next week, let's see if she goes to Electric Lady. She often masters her albums there.
