Disappointing At this point it should cost half as much as regular albums Radical Optimism is 36 mins, 11 tracks. Future Nostalgia was 37 mins, 11 tracks. 1

A pop album does need it's slow ish moments sometimes if they're good. I think Fever, We're Good, If It Aint Me and That Kind of Woman are way better tracks than Boys and Good In Bed but they were obviously finished after the album was out. Still nice that we got these during the pandemic, I wonder if she's gonna do a deluxe for Radical. Edited April 15 by Anderson123
HausOfMark 4,164
Well dua keeps saying that she wrote 97 songs and like 75 of them were not good/ not done so we have like 11 un-accounted songs so deluxe? -Mark

Because for me, FN for me is very solid aside from Good In Bed and Boys Will Be Boys 2

Let those who like the songs enjoy them and you can just skip it. By this site's standards 30% of the album is filler anyways because most haven't even seemed to like any of the singles. So should those have been cut and the album been 27 minutes with 8 tracks? It’s always when artists make a straightforward pop record that you get to see really antiquated attitudes about music. If it doesn’t top a chart or get a ton of streams then it’s failed at its job, because pop stars are factories for products, etc. Eventually Dua is going to move on to something else and all those people are gonna reminisce about how good they had it. KekeLu 2
Personally I don’t need an album to be 60 minutes plus to enjoy it. I like it to be awesome, and concise. There is so much other music to be enjoyed as well. I’m really looking forward to Dua’s album release. Future Nostalgia is great to listen to again after some time has passed. Pretty Please is a highlight for me.
Ayden 99
She'll probably release an extended version of the album like Kylie Minogue with "Tension". Honestly, i don't care too much about the length, as long as she maintains the quality. So far I haven't been disappointed, I've loved every one of the three main singles, they are fun, they are catchy, and they make me wanna dance which i think it's the main goal. It's Dua Lipa we're talking about after all, i know what to expect. The thing she's best and most consistent at since the beginning of her career is releasing fun bops to dance to, and with this album it seems that i'm getting FN 2.0 and i'm here for it! So bring it on! 🔥
