I don't see Gaga the singer on most of her roles, except for Ally.

It waivers, but generally yes! I think in ASIB is where I've been able to really separate Gaga from Ally, but in roles like AHS and HOG I was yelling "THAT"S MISS Gaga!"

From the snippets of FAD I do have a hard time seeing Gaga in a few shots she's in, so I'm excited to see what happens!

No, I still see Gaga in ASIB and House of Gucci. I think it’d be interesting to see something like Charlize Theron in Monster with make up and prosthetics to really get that feeling of seeing someone else on screen.

Joker 2 trailer kind of showed that a little bit but the “dream” sequences like the rooftop and that stage with Gaga dancing really do look like her from a jazz or Vegas era. This is just a teaser, I’m sure there’s going to be other looks like the one that is in the elevator that we got last Valentine’s Day that is her with more make up. Very excited to see this omg.

It's too hard as a die hard, lifelong stan not too. I know I don't really know her, but I feel like I know her so well. It's like watching your older sister star in a movie. You can tell they're acting, but you know them so well that it's a different experience.

To a degree, I’ve always looked at Gaga as someone playing a character, so I do feel like I can mostly separate her from the roles she plays in film. That being said, because her character on AHS has certain similarities to Gaga’s persona, it was a bit difficult for me to recognize her acting performance in that.
