Quasi 10,670 Posted June 18 Share Posted June 18 REALLY looking forward to Longlegs but at the same time I feel like this is gonna be one of those movies that just scar me forever or induce some paranoia I’ve never had before and I’ll end up regretting it. Real Panda 6,406 Posted June 29 Share Posted June 29 (edited) I just watched The Watchers and despite the flop reviews I actually found this movie enjoyable and good. It's not one of the best horror movies ever but its certainly better than the last horror movie I've seen. I like when horror movies build their own lore or incorporate lores / mythology into the film. My 2024 Horror Ranking (so far) : 1. Late Night With The Devil 2. Abigail 3. The Watchers 4. Baghead 5. Fantina 3,195 Posted July 7 Share Posted July 7 OK just finished watching 2 more horror movies that came out this year. Abigail was surprisingly really fun to watch. The actors were fun, and the pacing was just right. I was never bored and kept wanting to see what came next. The Watchers was also a delight, definitely one of my favorite horror movies that came out this year. Although the setting and the story aren't completely new, they were told in a way that made them fresh and intriguing. It was shot beautifully, and I really fell in love with the Irish landscape.
