The song took off here in Germany half a year later, it climbed its way into the Top 10 when Poker Face was already sitting at #1. That was so weird, beautiful and iconic to witness. The demand for her instantly became big enough to propel her previous (debut) single (which didn’t go anywhere) into the Top 10 simultaneously.
