I mean IQ scores are not a hard factual way of quantifying overall intelligence as it only tries to measure specific aspects of intelligence but i get ur point and in principal kinda agree

 

For real tho basic economics and social studies should be a little more emphasized in school so ppl can at least have a more basic grasp of how things work so they dont become so easily swayed by bullsh*t politics

 

Ppl might argud u cant teach this stuff without bias but thats not necessairily true... there are many basic foundations of economics when it relates to supply and demand, productivity, net offsetting factors etc that are well established and generally agreed upon experts and economics professors whether they are more left wing or right wing

 

Other more theoretical stuff like psychology and behaviour changes with changes in tax rates and regulation stuff and if its a net positive or net negative is more argued upon by different political ideologies but that stuff can always be kept to a minimum in schools so ppl can make up their own minds and they can still focus on the stuff thats more factual which would still give people a more solid base in understanding tbh

 

Of course im speaking ideally. Highly polarized political Countries such as the US would always find a way to make such schooling courses biased and if not the curriculum then at the very least the teachers themselves
