Leading genetic scientist finds Pfizer and Moderna vaccines alter human chromosomes

This has been known since 2022. The study tested whether the vaccine’s mRNA could be converted to DNA, and found that this was the case in certain lab-altered liver cell lines under experimental conditions. It did not assess whether the vaccine alters the human genome, or what the effects of that would be, according to experts and the study authors. Further, the first link explains how cancer cells differ from normal cells and how it might be a false positive.

Research into residual DNA in vaccines dates back decades. Anti-vaccine fear-mongering about residual DNA or other substances in vaccines is also not a new phenomenon.

Further info:

Spoiler

Residual plasmid DNA quantities are deliberately tested on the active substance of the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines (drug substance) and not on the final product (drug product). This is the only way to rule out possible test interference by lipid nanoparticles (LNPs), which are only present in the final product. In the production steps between the production of the active ingredient and the production of the final product, no more DNA can enter the process or the product. This means that no increase in the DNA content per vaccine dose is possible during the production of the final vaccine doses from the active ingredient. Testing the residual DNA on the active substance is therefore more sensitive and representative of the DNA content of the final vaccine product.

If anything, this will help us come up with vaccines that target only cancer cells and modify them to stop them from multiplying, and in production of lifelong vaccines for COVID and other diseases.

Stop with the fearmongering headlines please.

It is rather alarming that this wasn't common knowledge, but then I suppose nothing is common knowledge until it's been discovered for the first time.

I don’t think it would have been since the vaccine was so new, right?

You're correct in most of what you've written, but did you actually read the full report and the sources Dr McKernan cites?

Some more reading material for you.

Please take a moment to educate yourself before accusing me of fear-mongering. This is one of our most respected and peer-reviewed scientists. And while you have every right to challenge his findings, it's disgraceful to use them to berate or insult me. Thanks.

Edit: Nevermind. A simple Google search has shown you've plagiarized your text.

At least cite the outdated sources you copy and paste.

Not exactly. It can influence epigenetic markers, but doesn't alter the underlying DNA sequence nor go as far as to alter chromosomes.

Those studies seem to not be peer reviewed at all. Also after looking up that researcher and seeing his twitter he seems extremely politically driven posting memes and telling people to "wake up".

This study is part of a larger peer-review study.

I can't speak to the doctor's personal politics. That's his affair.

I'm only interested in scientific data and factual evidence.

With all of the toxic food we shovel into our bodies (especially here in the US) I really just can’t be bothered at this point.

Chromatography

this isn’t even true.

the paper literally says in the discussion this does not present evidence of genome integration. but once again people don’t read and pop off with a sensationalist headline that isn’t reality

I understand. I am just going off the sources in the original post. One seems to be from a newsletter type format and the other seems to be a preprint and not published. I can't comment too much about the subject matter but from a research perspective it's hard to know if this is substantial or legitimate research.

Tbh I was thinking "my body's full of micro plastics, preservatives, and 300 different chemicals meant to make food 'safe', I really don't care anymore tbh"

Plagiarizing? It's not plagiarizing, nowhere did I claim that what I've written are my findings, and I think it is way better to cite / copy reputable publications than write my own. Not citing them is my overlook.

Also what you've linked is just comments on a study, they honestly bring nothing new to the table. Furthermore, frameshifting has nothing to do with "altering human chromosomes", only with unintended immune responses. I'm not challenging his findings, I'm just explaining his findings to you. Reading scientific papers is a technique and subject that should be studied in itself, let alone understanding the terminology behind the topic.

It is fear mongering, as you have claimed that the vaccines cause some sort of mutations and CRIPSR level gene editing, while that has not been proven.

I fully agree that we need to study these vaccines more in the future, but stop acting like they're some sort of alien technology we know 0 about.

And on McKernan being so respectable, I wouldn't agree on really with this
https://healthfeedback.org/claimreview/claim-covid-19-mrna-vaccines-dna-contaminants-study-unknown-provenance-no-evidence-covid-19-mrna-vaccines-alter-dna-people/, his other publications being similar, his cannabis miracle cure company and his right wing antics on twitter.

Morphine Prince

In order to enter human cell nuclei, any such residual viral DNA would first have to enter the cell’s main compartment, or cytoplasm, which normally keeps foreign DNA out. Next it would have to cross the nuclear membrane; this would be impossible without an access signal, which these fragments don’t have, Offit notes. The residual DNA would also have to integrate into the nuclear DNA, which would require DNA-cutting enzymes that aren’t present in the mRNA vaccine. The chances that mRNA vaccination would in any way affect your DNA “are zero,” Offit says.

Scientist and physician Robert Malone also made unfounded claims about the supposed dangers of DNA fragments in mRNA vaccines altering human DNA when he testified in a November 2023 committee hearing held by Republican Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia.

Offit points out that we encounter much greater quantities of foreign DNA all the time from the bacteria we’re exposed to and the plants and animals we eat.

This is not scary.
