why does she need to have a hit? shes a musician who releases what she pleases not needing to adhere to mainstream trends which has worked out for her for more than a decade. she doesnt need to have a "hit" to be successful and cover magazines

(edit : it was a little joke because she had other songs on french radio too for what i know and i don't know about her stats but she's a great artist with a fanbase and all)

You know music is not always about having #1's but to put someones artistry on a piece of work, some musicians are artist, some musicians are businesspeople, lucky are both.

Maybe not a massive hit but she's been present for quite a few years now.  I'd say she's a pretty well known and established alt-girl. 

Cellophane made some noise with it's amazing video (and a Miss Piggy meme lmao) 

 

When she released Two Weeks in 2014 she also made a splash. Maybe her most well known song, since it's been used as soundtrack for series.
