Things could happen if Trump wins:

Quit NATO and stop funding Ukraine, Russia takes Ukraine.

Stop any negotiation US has with Hamas/Israel, so either Israel goes rampage on Gaza or Hamas gains control back and a bigger middle east war would happen.

Quit many international organizations Trump vowed to quit during his first term.

Start another trade war with China.

Put more republicans into supreme court, reverting many human rights like gay marriage and other LGBTQ rights.

Politics is the most volatile it has been in decades at the moment. I understand candidates aren’t great, believe me in the UK it’s also not wonderful and people want a new party but I am curious why some people have chosen Trump if they aren’t spamming. I’m genuinely interested what their reasons are from an objective stand point considering what might happen if he gets round 2. I don’t think a lot of people realise the consequences not only for America but for the West and international security should this happen. I fear, as we are a world now with a majority who haven’t experienced a world war, do those who want to vote for the most radical options share those concerns? I’d rather we faced up to the challenges of the day constructively whatever our positions because if we don’t find a way to talk and find some common ground we are screwed. Id rather things not result in both widespread internal and global conflict to create a new normal.

I'm from the UK but RFK Jr is the only answer in terms of bringing both sides together and focusing on the real issues, bringing peace and harmony etc.

But I know y'all Americans love to fight each other and divide soooo good luck choosing between Mr Orange and Mr Dementia

The real issues being his belief that covid was manufactured. Harmony being his claim that it was designed to spare Chinese and Ashkenazi people. The man's own family denounced him.
