Fearmongering is not going to convince anyone to not vote for Trump, democrats tried this same thing in 2016 and it failed miserably

If the left wants to beat Trump, they should focus on genuine acomplishments during the Biden presidency to win over moderates instead of highlighting how garbage their candidate is by insisting that the only reason you should vote for him is to prevent Trump winning

So yes, while we should encourage our leaders to care about human rights abroad, this is Israel's war. And it can't become more important than the rights of people WHO LIVE IN THIS COUNTRY.

I can understand people who have personal/family relations with Israel/Palestine.

But for others, you're neither helping the Palestinians nor yourselves.

It reminds me of 2016, how many progressives were hyperfixated on DNC mistreatment of Bernie. And while it was a valid complaint, it gave us Trump and the disaster that ensued. 

 

not a war, it is a genocide. its also not the only thing i am basing my decisions on. if u go back a bit to prev comments, i mention that i do still participate in elections. im just simply not voting for any of the people named in this poll.

also, i do believe someone on the other side of the world would stand up for me. just like many people in this country stand up for others around the world on a daily basis.

I know that, what I was trying to get at is that it is not a good way to convince people why they should vote for Biden. The far left was always going to vote for him and the far right was always going to vote Trump. It is moderates that need to be won over and fearmongering about Trump becoming a facist dictator is not the way to do it

This isn't fear mongering. They are openly admitting and telling you their plans. This is not 2016. We have seen a Trump presidency and we have seen the insurrection and every single day we hear what his plans are for the country. 

Trump isn't a genius but he know how to manipulate his base. That's all he has been doing for years. 

Hilarious to think facts and accomplishments will move the needle much. Democrats have been amplifying the Biden administrations accomplishments for months. Nobody cares. Politics is about perception and I'd say we are living in a post-truth world. If facts matter Trump wouldn't have gotten 81 million votes in 2020.

I never personally said I regard your concerns as fear mongering, I said that is how it appears to anyone outside of the left and Biden campaign needs to improve it's messaging to ensure Trump does not win
