Gaga: Dead silence or random posts?

After Gaga posted the mute 1 second video to insta yesterday- many fans stated they are bored and tired of these random posts that seem to add up to nothing of substance.

 

so im trying to understand what people prefer.. we hated the dead drought where she wasn’t posting at all- now she’s posting quite a bit, but since she hasn’t properly updated us with what she’s working on in terms of her music career - these posts to many feel like filler/distractions with the possible intent of “just post some stupid crap to give them SOMETHING right now” .

 

i personally prefer the posts over no posts. ESPECIALLY when sometimes the ONLY posts we got were makeup ads or other ads.  I think it’s cute to just see casual candid shots that are just a glimpse into her life, whether or not anything is coming soon.

I’d rather see a cute selfie of hers from time to time than med ads and HL. She took the criticism from June seriously and people still **** on her

I get that they're trying to hype us up, but these random posts from the studio gets really boring in the long run when they refuse to give us any other kind of information or hints. 

 

Edit: you know what I take that back cause it could've been posts to promote Haus Labs and I am so thankful it's not

Random posts all day. Even if she's not directly saying anything, she's at least communicating that she's working on new music. When the only posts we used to get consisted of Haus Labs and other brand deals, this is a much better alternative. I mean, imagine these past couple of months if we didn't get anything. Monsters would be angrier than usual

I feel like the issue isn't that she's teasing, but how she's handled posting in the past as well. She posted a lot more several years ago sporadically for "fun" with some ads in between but has over time changed her approach. She conditioned her fans to think teasing = imminent release. This holds especially true on her Instagram where any sort of light teasing being done through her stories and posts mostly being for very soon content, photo shoots, and partnerships. It's not surprising people are getting fatigued by the posts because normally this would have signaled a single announcement at this point (having teased within her timeline for 2 months now). Combined with things such as her bleached eyebrows, her being constantly spotted in public, and her having been in the studio for nearly a year now, fans are getting mixed signals. And I think fans will continue to be confused and annoyed for a while until she extincts the conditioning, especially if she doesn't stay consistent.

i take things for what they are at all cost so i'd rather have an-eeee-thing. especially when she's clearly saying : "i'm preparing music and it's not jazz standards" . I'm personally confident and excited.
