Her job is to represent "the people", and thus people get mad when they feel she is not doing her job of representing them. I mean she literally voted yes for the bill that states criticizing Israel is anti-semetic. I think ppl are allowed to be mad at any politician. When you join the government in a position like that you give up your right to a normal public life, unfortunately. (Not saying she should be harassed but like c'mon, people boo and yell at politicians in public all the time because they are literally involved in controlling the state)

Like people get mad at mayors in small towns. State and national scale is a much bigger deal. Her decisions effect people's lives.

That said I wish ppl on this site would stop posting right wing bait news sites. Like it's actually not that hard to find a more neutral source.

She denounced it from the beginning, the fuss is about whether it's legally considered a "genocide" or not, she said smth to the effect that the legal determination is made by ICJ, which many ignorant people don't know I guess.

I get that, but I mean we're talking about the potential that these people will HAVE POWER in this country, not extra twitter traffic. So let's stay focused on that.

If you're frightened by their beliefs, then we should address the divisions in the democratic party that are being exploited by these people.
