I used to like them a lot when I was 18-19, and saw them live opening for Linkin Park 10 years ago. They were a bit underwhelming live and people booed them lol but their first albums were good. They had an unexpected commercial turn later but I didn't really keep up with their work

Edit: I've checked out their discography and a lot of songs I like are also from their later albums, I'm a flop fan

Love them. I actually met them a couple of years ago and they were all sweet, down to earth and kind.

Saw them at the Jingle Ball in Philadelphia in 2017.  They sang Sugar, We're Goin Down.

Lots of cheering and singing along from the audience .  One of the band stepped off the stage to give a guitar pic to a fan.

I especially liked their first 3 albums, then slowly lost interest as most of their singles became more pop infused and not in a good way, looking for earworms and hooks with "woahs" "oohs" "eehs" everywhere. At least the singlea all seemed to become so basic in the last albums
