Does it actually prevent illinois from putting him in the ballot or is it just one of those lower court rulings that end up being an opinion but dont actually force anything? SCOTUS have already heard the Colorado case, and although they haven't made a ruling yet the experts were pretty much unanimous that the line of questioning during that hearing indicated that SCOTUS would overturn the Colorado ruling.
