I can't wait to sit through a whole lecture about the artistic merits of selling makeup and how it brings her to a place of spiritual enlightment and fufillment. We are so lucky to stan an artist who serves her fanbase with such consistency. So moving that it truly brings a tear to my eye.

Something I think many stans forget of all pop stars is that they are a BUSINESS. Ari, Taylor, Bey, and yes Gaga all employ hundreds of people. Being a boss is tough and the pressure to keep your team’s livelihood afloat is very real. I don’t fault her or anyone for trying to support their business with their art. It’s important to remember that if Lady Gaga wasn’t a big business, we wouldn’t have gotten many of the incredible moments we have throughout her career.
