Dennis 8,391 Posted February 28, 2024 Share Posted February 28, 2024 The Supreme Court has agreed to entertain Trump's dilatory tactics and accept his baseless appeal based on nonsensical theory of presidential immunity which was ALREADY denied by two courts (Federal and Appellate). He basically claims a President can do anything while in office and they can never be charged with a crime afterwards. The Supreme Court is very likely to reject this theory too because it's insane, but it seems they're willing to play the dilatory game and entertain this appeal to delay the trial beyond the election date.
