It's a lot of her young fans growing up and realizing the products they're spending their allowance on aren't just an artistic venture for their favorite artist, but a product of capitalism.

She doesn't include deluxe tracks on streaming platforms. It's all about making money and getting that #1 at the same time.

Wow I’d be upset about that too. I had the same question - can’t they just stream the songs. But her dedicated fans are going to feel pressured to buy each edition to be able to listen to all of the songs. That’s beyond greedy.

This backlash is coming too late, I was expecting her fans to start complaining with the taylor’s versions and the multiple covers and formats. It’s pretty clear she’s all about the quantity, sales, and how many records can be broken with the same album

I hate that gaga did that as well with chromatica… but if you don’t buy the deluxe… you miss two songs…. If you don’t buy all variants from taylor, you miss out several songs

Which songs haven’t been uploaded to streaming by now? She always ends up putting them on within the year sometimes even months.

To be fair, the Target Exclusive album versions are an agreement between the record companies and Target and the artists has zero control over that, they are actually obliged to release at least 1 song as a Target exclusive.

The duration of the exclusivity varies between record companies, so it can take a few week to a few years until the exclusivity is over.
