Trigger 311 Posted February 22, 2024 Share Posted February 22, 2024 I'm excited. She announced Born This Way in September and we got an official announcement January the following year. For ARTPOP, we got an announcement in August 2012 and didn't get the album until over a year later. My point is, it wouldn't be the first time we get a tease and then have to wait a little while. Personally, I'd actually prefer to get it next year, when she's had time to actually finish it and tweak it and has the passion and drive for it that maybe she's gonna struggle to find with Joker 2 promo imminent and no doubt other projects. I don't want a rushed mess, and I don't necessarily want a Joanne or Chromatica situation either where she either doesn't want to work on the record or the entire process is stressful for her, impacting the era as a whole.
