That's not the point tho. Of course mermaids and diamond tears are not new, but it's the fact it looks exactly the same, and both ideas seems to be stolen from the same artist  Lady Gaga in You and I was also a mermaid and it looks nothing like that

They look nothing alike to me. A close up face shot is pretty common in photos and the tears aren't similar at all.

The real issue for me is… crying tears of diamond? In your album cover? For such a veteran like Shakira? this is so Ava-max-level basic I mean cmon change your art/creative director

Oops, Ana Mena making her way in to Gagadaily! To be fair there's nothing innovative about a mermaid and diamond tears.

Ana uploaded the pic on june 6th and Shakira on june 9th and hers look like a professional shoot from when they were recording the MV, so its impossible that she copied that.
