She's such a troll it could be true or false, we don't know. She usually does the opposite of what we expect and LG7 as Rock has been a rumor for years now. Just like fans thought LG5 would for sure be Disco because that "was the next move" and then we got Joanne. But just from the producers she's been hanging around with, it could be anything lol. We've seen her with Pop/Rock ish producers and then there's the BURNS and Gesaffelstein rumors, etc. I'm just confused.

Tbh i think the album is heavily rock influenced however I think they also got producers like Cirkut on board to make the album more pop/commercial sounding. Similar to what Bloodpop did to Joanne and Rami Yacoub did to Chromatica.

Right like why would she say "it's in the vault", and then post pics of her working on it. Unless she's just joking about the vault thing and we need to not read into what she's saying lol

She also left a bunch of hearts on somebody's comment asking for music.  I feel like she would hold off on commenting that if there wasn't at least a lead single release date.

If she is making a rock album, I’m no longer expecting a BTW 2.0. Let’s face it, Electric Chapel is the only rock song on BTW…so I really don’t get why people call that album a rock album. The visuals and sounds had a “grunge” feeling but not rock. My favorite songs on BTW (HML, Bloody Mary, MTN, Gov Hooker) are not rock songs…they’re synthy/dancey/house/electro

I’m really hoping it’s not pop rock like Olivia Rodrigo 🙏

The question is why were you expecting BTW 2.0? Gaga doesn't reuse sounds. It's not gonna be pop-rock either for sure, I think she's experimenting more. I'm expecting something like Queen and Bowie.

There’s a lot of rock influence on Born This Way for a pop album

Idk I guess a lot of people have been throwing around HML and Bloody Mary as potential influences of LG7 (I really hope they are!)
