Act II was never even started. Lady and the Legend is being handled by Tony Bennett's management. I’m pretty sure Gaga tweeted a release date for Partynauseous. I was under the impression an act ii ready to be dropped literally doesn’t exist, it’s just he had enough material to come up with an “act ii” if she wanted to. You're right about Partynauseous but still it was canceled because of various internal reasons related to the song itself and not because of her team.
