Harley Quinn often has a black heart on her cheek. Gaga is wearing a joker shirt in one of her studio pics. I don’t know. But the 🖤 has appeared so many times and it do think it might mean something related to Harley since it’s traditionally part of her look! That can’t be a coincidence. The black heart and the pics are definitely LG7-related. Plus, I don't think she'd be teasing something for Joker without Todd Phillips or WB's involvement.
